Hope House Lowestoft Supportive Accommodation for Adult men Who are experiencing HomelessnessWelcome to
Hope House Lowestoft
Adam Outreach Project is a Christian charity offering supportive housing for those affected by addiction, mental health challenges and homelessness. Our Christian ethos guides everything we do, inspiring us to care, support, house and walk alongside people on their journey to recovery. At the heart of our work is the belief that every life has value and purpose, and we seek to impact lives by encouraging a personal relationship with God and supporting individuals to come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
We operate two stages of supportive housing; Hope House, our first stage facility and Grace House our secondary move-on facility, which is for those who have begun to stabilise in their mental health, have developed practival life skills and have completed the primary stage programme. We provide a drug and alcohol environment that offers support for men experiencing homelessnes, helping individuals to find stability, confidence, and community.
From homeless to hope.
If nothing changes, nothing changes.
